To request the deletion of your Yooper account and all associated personal data, please complete the form below. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm via email. This action is irreversible — once deleted, your account and all associated data cannot be recovered.

What happens next?

We receive your request and verify your identity against your account details.

We process the deletion of your account and all associated personal data within 7 business days.

We send a confirmation email to the address provided once deletion is complete.

Data that will be deleted:

Account profile and credentials
Call history and recordings
Contacts and call logs
Usage and statistical data
All other personal information

Yooper fully complies with POPIA under South African Law.

Subscription:

Month-to-month basis
Subscription fees will depend on the package selected or agreed upon fees

Payments:

Payments are on a monthly subscription fee basis
Subscriptions fees and airtime are due in advanced
Subscription and airtime payments are non-refundable
Airtime purchases but not used during the current subscription period will rollover to the next month
Support outside of business hours will be billed at R600 per hour
Custom development are available and will be invoiced at R900 per hour

Compliance and confidential information:

Yooper will protect the confidentiality of its subscribers' information
Yooper fully complies with the POPIA under South African Law

Intellectual property:

We have created, acquired or otherwise obtained rights in our technology and will own all right, title, and interest in our technology
Our logo and sub-logos, marks, and trade names are our trademarks and no person may use them without permission.
